NetEDI Team Give Back to Mission Christmas
The NetEDI team have been getting into the festive spirit by giving back to local charity, Cash for Kids.
With thanks to a generous donation from our CEO, Steve Martin, which was kindly matched by our parent company, Cegedim, the NetEDI team set about on a trolley dash for Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas appeal.
On Wednesday 18 December, The Entertainer toy store in Preston kindly welcomed NetEDI and helped us pick a wide variety of presents. The Entertainer also donated a number of presents to the cause, with their team going above and beyond to ensure the best presents were picked! The charity effort was also assisted by Rock FM host, Pete Otway.
Over £1000 worth of toys were purchased and these will now be given to deserving children across Lancashire.
Mission Christmas is a national appeal run by the charity, Cash For Kids. Each year a regional radio station champions the appeal, with Rock FM representing Lancashire’s arm of the charity.
Mission Christmas aims to provide every child in Lancashire with the Christmas they deserve.
Without the appeal, 100s of children across Lancashire would wake up on Christmas morning to no presents due to unavoidable family/life circumstances.
