To support further business expansion, NetEDI now have a new position available for a Project Coordinator to join the Operations Team.
The role is customer service oriented focusing on co-ordinating the delivery of the customer solution from point of order through software development, testing and implementation. The Project Coordinator is required to work closely with customers, their trading partners and all departments within NetEDI responsible for developing and delivering the solution to the customer.
Candidates require the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and possess excellent customer service, business administration & communication skills. Any experience of delivering IT projects would be an advantage.
Specific Tasks for This Position Are
Ensure Project Requirements are provided by Customers and their Partners
Ensure the Project is scheduled with appropriate timescales
Act as primary contact for Customers
Ensure that project issues are escalated in a timely manner
Communicate updates and changes to the project effectively with Customers and colleagues
Liaison with major retailers to configure customer connections
Reporting on completed projects
Good IT skills with good knowledge of all Microsoft applications
General Admin - typing, use of Word, Outlook, Excel
Good organization and time management skills, ability to work to tight deadlines is key
Keen to learn new skills
Capable and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Able to demonstrate a capacity for problem solving and decision making
Have the ability to plan and priorities their own work
