We’re delighted to announce that we will be attending the Future of NHS Procurement event on the 11th December at the Adelphi House, University of Salford. The full title of this event is, The Future of NHS Procurement: Harnessing Technology to do More with Less, and we’re very proud to be leading the way when it comes to enabling this process to take place within the healthcare sector.
Steve Martin, our CEO and founder, and Carl Charlesworth, our Directors of Services will be speaking about the realities and importance of PEPPOL and how it can enable an interoperable future for NHS Procurement. If you happen to be attending this event and would like to learn more about the work we do, don’t hesitate to come and speak to us, we’d be more than happy to help.
Other than that, there are many important topics on the agenda for this event that will greatly impact the healthcare sector, including the value of collaboration between procurement specialists and clinicians, delivering cost savings and sustainable goals.
NetEDI’s role in NHS Procurement
The team at NetEDI have been instrumental in enabling NHS Trusts and Suppliers become PEPPOL compliant and exchange messages on one interoperable network.
And we’re proud to say that NHS Supply Chain, the organisation responsible for the sourcing, delivery and supply of healthcare items to the NHS, chose us to provide their solution and implement PEPPOL within their supplier community.
Through our work with NHS Supply Chain, Trusts and Suppliers we’re helping to reduce manual processing time and errors which in turn helps the NHS save money and redirect those funds back into patient care. If you’d like more information about our work with PEPPOL and NHS Supply Chain, just have a look at the video on this page.
